“You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore.” ~Christopher Columbus
This past week I attended the ISM Advancement Academy in Leesburg, VA.
On a personal level it was a great time seeing old friends and meeting new ones. On a professional level it was an incredibly rewarding and educational experience. I think my favorite part though, was having the permission, time, and space to think big thoughts about the future of my school as well as my role in that future.
If you have the opportunity to attend the ISM Advancement Academy I encourage to do it.
If you are unable to attend the ISM Advancement Academy please take this advice – spend some time before the coming school year to think big thoughts about the future of your school and how you’re going to make those thoughts a reality.
Hope you have a great weekend!
